The location of the hotel in Perugia is comfortable and top, next to the center of town. Would return anytime when in Perugia, we didn't want to leave.

No complains at all, the hotel met needs. We had a very very good stay, the venue was wonderful, fairly clean, with comfortable location on outskirts of town. The staff were very attentive and know their duties. The free parking was on-site, great service;))

Nice, clean rooms + good facilities; Comfortable beds; Good buffet breakfast.
It would be good to have 3 single beds in a triple room, rather than 1 double + 1 single bed.

We booked here because of its proximity to Umbria Jazz festival. Took about 10m to walk from the hotel to the main stage. Got the bus easily to city centre the next day but would have only taken 15m to walk there. Easy to find on bus route from train station.

The staff in the hotel was very friendly and the rooms and bed linen clean. Decent breakfast too. Good value for money.
A bit remoted from the centre (a good 25 min walk). The rooms are not insulated, you can hear your neighbours - but this happens in the majority of hotels.

Noisy, bin truck came early morning. Far from city centre, no restaurants around, except the one in the hotel.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was very clean
It was not clear from the description how really far from the city center the hotel is ( 30 mins of walking, all uphill, less than half of it with the well publicized escalators, not a nice hike on wet, cold days
